Please use your computer printer to print this blank application for the Race Series. Fill it out Race Team Application
and include your check for $20 payable to the PSC. If you are not already a member of the PSC you must ALSO send
in a PSC Membership Application. If you don't have a PSC Membership Application, you can click on
www.pittsburghskiclub.org/applic.htm to get a blank one which can be printed by your computer printer, then filled
out and mailed with your PSC $25 membership fee. The PSC membership application must be sent to a different
address listed on that application.
